The Role
We are looking for a business-oriented and analytical professional to join our Fraud Prevention team.
The ideal candidate is someone who can understand the bigger business picture, identify risks and trends, and contribute to decision making through a data-driven and problem-solving mindset. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy combining analytical thinking, business understanding and operational decision making in a fast-paced international environment.
Responsibilities
Monitor fraud-related trends, customer behavior and operational KPIs in order to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities.
Investigate suspicious activity and assess potential business and financial impact.
Contribute to the optimization of fraud prevention tools, processes and operational flows.
Support business decisions by translating data insights into practical recommendations and actions.
Collaborate closely with multiple departments to improve fraud prevention effectiveness while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Identify opportunities to improve department performance and operational efficiency through a data-driven approach.
Support the implementation of process improvements and system configurations related to fraud prevention activities.
Prepare reports, insights and presentations for internal stakeholders and management.
Stay up to date with emerging fraud trends, online risks and industry best practices
Requirements
Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, STEM or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk, business analysis, operations, or other analytical/problem-solving roles.
Ability to identify patterns, evaluate risks and prioritize actions in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business impact and make balanced decisions.
Business-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent command of the English language.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, BI tools or data visualization tools will be considered a plus.
High level of integrity, responsibility and discretion when handling confidential information.
