Senior E-commerce Analyst

The Role
At Etraveli Group, we are looking for a Senior E-commerce Analyst to drive digital growth through data-driven decision making, experimentation, conversion optimization, and commercial performance analysis.
This is not an SEO execution role. While organic search performance is one of the business areas you will analyze, your primary focus will be identifying growth opportunities, optimizing customer journeys, supporting strategic decisions, and improving business outcomes across our digital platforms.
You will work closely with Product, Commercial, Marketing, UX, and Engineering teams to transform data into actionable insights that directly impact revenue, conversion, and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Drive Business Performance
Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and business performance across digital channels.
Identify growth opportunities and recommend initiatives that improve revenue, conversion, and customer engagement.
Develop business cases and quantify potential impact of proposed initiatives.
Monitor and communicate performance trends to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Lead Experimentation & Optimization
Define hypotheses and support experimentation roadmaps.
Measure and evaluate the impact of A/B tests and optimization initiatives.
Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to improve user journeys and customer experience.
Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
Deliver Strategic Insights
Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance monitoring solutions.
Generate insights from multiple data sources including web analytics, customer behavior, and commercial performance data.
Support strategic planning through forecasting, trend analysis, and performance modeling.
Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, Commercial teams, and Marketing stakeholders.
Facilitate data-informed decision making across the organization.
Ensure business priorities are supported by accurate analysis and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Digital Analytics, Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, CRO, or similar analytical roles.
Strong experience translating data into business recommendations.
Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience measuring business performance and identifying growth opportunities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Advanced knowledge of GA4 or similar analytics platforms.
Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions.
Understanding of experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in e-commerce, travel, marketplaces, or other high-traffic digital businesses.
Exposure to SEO performance analysis.
Experience with product analytics tools.
Familiarity with customer journey optimization and conversion rate optimization.
