The Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Airline Ticketing Specialist to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GDS platforms (Amadeus and/or Sabre) and a proven track record in ticket issuance, EMD fulfillment, and interpreting complex airline fare rules. In this role, you will manage ticketing queues, liaise with airlines and providers, and ensure seamless booking fulfillment. As this is a 24/7 operation, the candidate must be comfortable working rotational shifts, primarily during the afternoon and night.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage ticketing queues
New issuance
EMD fulfillment
Fare rule interpretation
Error reporting
Contact airlines and providers for different issues
Knowledge of NDC’s and ADM’s is an added advantage
Requirements
2 years + of experience in ticketing
Proficiency in GDS : Amadeus & Sabre (even if candidate is expert in either of Amadeus or Sabre - we can consider)
Willing to work in rotational shifts 24/7 (Mostly Afternoon and Night)
Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate - Diploma / HSC pass (10+2)
Documented experience in reading and interpreting airline fare rules and reissue tickets Seeking best practice implementation and driving ideas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Understanding the logic behind validating carriers and basic knowledge of IATA regulations
Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)
Ability to manage change and work under pressure
