The role
We're growing our Group Business Control team and looking for a driven, analytical Business Controller to grow with us. If you're early in your career but already obsessed with making sense of numbers, and love the idea of working in a fast-moving, international tech company, this could be your role.

You'll be embedded in a team that genuinely shapes how the business is steered. You won't just be running reports; you'll be learning how a global flight tech company ticks, building the analytical muscles to drive real decisions.

Our team is currently split between Stockholm, Uppsala and Athens so there is some travel involved. Expect a collaborative, curious crew that takes the work seriously, but not themselves.

What you'll do

• Support financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business areas

• Help build and maintain models that track performance drivers and trends

• Dig into data to surface insights that help the business move smarter

• Assist with monthly closing activities and financial consolidation

• Contribute to strategic projects, scenario planning, business cases, and more

• Support the continuous improvement of our reporting processes and BI tooling

Who you are

• 1-4 years of experience in business control, FP&A, finance, or a similar analytical role

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent

• Naturally curious, you want to understand the "why" behind every number, not just produce the output

• Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills; any exposure to BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau is a bonus

• Genuinely excited about AI and how new tools are reshaping analytical work

• A clear communicator who can break down complex data for non-finance audiences

• Structured and self-driven, you take ownership and follow through

• Comfortable (or eager to get comfortable) in a fast-paced, international environment
