The Role
The Customer Services department within ETG strives to continuously improve customer experience by driving changes through automation, processes and quality improvements. We are looking for an inquisitive Data Analyst who will play a key role in enabling data and insights to key stakeholders which will enable them to support that mission.
You have had good experiences in dealing with data and providing business reporting. Experiences in using BI tools (such as Tableau / Qlik / Data Studio / Power BI) SQL skills will be very handy. You are comfortable in working with complex and multidimensional data as well as communicating around that. The role will be based in Mumbai and you will have stakeholders across the global Customer Services organization.
In the role of Data Analyst, you will report to the Manager – Data & Reporting.
Responsibilities
Support in reporting customer services performance and KPI reports
Collate and maintain productivity dashboards for multiple departments to track performances on day/week/month level.
Create and maintain dashboards of key areas related to customer services to enable insights and showcase operational performance
Enabling data for multiple departments based on the requirements using SQL.
Coordination with multiple stakeholders to deal with Data requests
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience of writing and modifying the SQL queries.
3-5 years of experience in reporting background from a similar reporting role.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheet/Data Studio using databases to help maintain dashboards.
Strong knowledge of SQL & using databases to help develop insights
Ability to deal with larger data sets.
Good to have experience on QlikView / Qlik Sense.
Experience on Power BI / Tableau will be an advantage.
Well versed with excel formulas like if / Ifs / Pivot table / Sumif / Sum ifs / Vlookup plus match etc.
Experience from BPO industries will be an advantage.
