Business Analyst - SEO (E-Commerce)

The Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst who embraces the combination of an entrepreneurial sales mindset and analytics. You are a data-driven professional obsessed with the consumer experience in the digital space, focused on engineering conversion-centric journeys that move the needle on our most critical e-commerce metrics.
As a Business Analyst you will be a key player in the e-commerce team and responsible for optimizing Conversion Rate (CR) and the user experience to ensure our brands stay ahead of the competition. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring you to translate complex data into clear strategic roadmaps for product managers, designers, and developers
With a strong sales focus, you will drive insights from analyzing both qualitative and quantitative research and execute actions based on your insights. You will drive both feature development and sales actions.
Alongside continuously driving CR-development you will be project managing key initiatives within the e-commerce field. You will project lead both strategic initiatives as well as project origin from your research and insights. You should have an understanding of A/B testing, website analytics, and the UX-conversion tactics that help drive both performance and insights.
Responsibilities:
Data Strategy & Reporting: Analyze complex multi-channel user data and KPIs to uncover actionable insights. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining sophisticated reports that tell the story of the customer journey.
Consumer Experience Mapping: Deep-dive into qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior, identifying friction points in the digital space and proposing UX-conversion tactics.
Strategic Project Management: Own e-commerce initiatives from inception to launch, setting technical and UX requirements in close collaboration with Tech Leads and Product Owners.
SEO & Organic Growth: Drive SEO optimization as a core pillar of our acquisition strategy. You will identify technical and content-based SEO opportunities to increase high-margin organic traffic and orders.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Digital Analyst, or similar role, ideally within e-commerce, with exposure to web analytics, conversion optimization, or SEO.
The Analytical Edge: Advanced experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker, QlikView) and a proven ability to turn complex raw data into executive-level insights.
Stakeholder Influence: Ability to build strong relationships and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Literacy: Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and basic front-end development knowledge to better collaborate with development teams.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: A relentless drive to "find a better way," even when navigating organizational roadblocks or complex infrastructure.
Comfortable navigating complexity and driving cross-functional alignment in a dynamic environment where priorities frequently evolve.
Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
