The Role
As a UX Designer at Etraveli Group, you'll get the opportunity to push for innovation and develop new ways of working in an agile and flexible environment
With an iterative mindset, you get to try, test and try again to learn and always continue to develop both yourself and the products. You will create beautifully crafted experiences for our customers across platforms based on user insights and business requirements. You do this in multi-disciplinary teams, together with product owners, developers, testers, and analysts.

You understand that great design begins with a deep understanding of the user’s needs, and you constantly seek out new perspectives to inform your work. Communication is your superpower, you can clearly articulate your ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to bring those ideas to life. Adaptability is second nature to you; you embrace feedback, learn from it, and continuously evolve your designs. Above all, you are a storyteller, able to craft compelling narratives that resonate with users and stakeholders alike, driving meaningful user experiences that make a lasting impact.
What you will do
Work as a UX designer in one of our product teams, where you will design the travel experience for our customers; before, during and after their trip. You will also drive the sales of additional products like baggage and seating. Your role will be essential in balancing customer support with business growth.
Work in all parts of the UX process. From problem discovery, research to ideation, concept development, interaction design, prototyping and validation.
Meet with customers, observe their needs and translate the insights into actions that continuously create value for them, the business, and the company.
Requirements
A few years of proven UX design experience within the e-commerce sector, working with both web and mobile solutions—Travel Industry experience is a plus!
Relevant training in UX, HCI, cognitive science or a similar field.
Experience working in all steps of the UX process, from discovery and ideation to prototyping and validation.
Proficiency with Figma and working with component-based libraries and design systems.
Experience working with agile methods in cross-functional teams.
Experience in front-end development, digital design and/or CRO is a big plus.
Κnowledge of accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG).
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
A strong portfolio showcasing your past work in all phases of the UX process.
