Business Analyst - Sales Air Content

Position Summary
As a Business Analyst, you will be a key player in the Sales Air Content team, a team of 30+ analysts and specialists spread out in four different locations, Stockholm, Athens, Mumbai and Madrid. As part of the Sales Department, our team's mission is to ensure that we can source, combine, and book every flight and airline ancillary product in the world. We collaborate closely with both the business and development departments to create innovative solutions that drive the company’s future success. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our core business, working alongside internal and external stakeholders and partners.
In this role you will focus on the content side of airline ancillaries (Baggage, Seating, etc.), ensuring high-quality sourcing, maximized coverage and efficient fulfillment. You will use your analytical mindset to identify gaps in our content, drive technical initiatives to close them, and investigate new potentials. You will work closely with our Air Ancillary Specialists and be responsible for making sure we are continuously working towards the optimal sourcing to offer a high-quality product that gives customers what they expect, is fulfilled in an efficient way and optimizes ETG earnings. With a data-driven approach your work will revolve around identifying and driving customer value, communicating and acting on your findings to improve our sales and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Content Coverage Analysis: Perform deep-dive analyses to identify gaps and drive development initiatives to expand airline ancillary coverage and boost revenue growth.
Operational Efficiency & Automation: Evaluate provider performance and identify efficiencies in our booking processes to improve automation, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective solutions
Data-Driven Insights: Use large datasets to identify trends and risks in our ancillary content. Translate complex technical data into actionable "Business Impact" reports to support decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between other teams and stakeholders. Provide the analytical evidence needed for them to optimize sales and for Developers to prioritize fixes. You drive solutions by collaborating cross team and with external providers.
Requirements
Education & Industry Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
While 1–2 years of experience in business analytics, revenue management, or sales optimization is a plus, we prioritize the right mindset. If you have a sharp analytical mind and the drive to grow into this role, your personal qualities will be the deciding factor.
Experience from GDS, NDC, or aggregator systems is not a must but a strong plus.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to put together and present business solutions, lead initiatives from analysis to implementation, analyze large sets of data and challenge existing processes.
Collaboration and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Able to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and partners.
Drive and Development: A significant drive and a willingness to learn and grow, urgency to be excellent. We want you to be curious!
