The Role

To support our growing scale, we are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our SysOps Team. In this role, you will help own and evolve the cloud and container platforms that power our internal development and production environments. We also manage company-wide observability, providing engineers with the essential tools and insights needed to build and operate highly reliable services.

You will tackle challenging infrastructure problems at scale, ranging from platform design and automation to incident response and capacity planning. Our work is highly collaborative; we partner closely with infrastructure, networking, database, and development teams to drive reliability improvements across the entire organization.

Requirements

• Strong experience running Linux in production environments

• Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting Kubernetes

• Experience working with cloud-native systems and distributed platforms

• Strong understanding of observability (metrics, logs, tracing) and how to use it in practice

• Comfortable building and maintaining infrastructure using GitOps and Infrastructure as Code

Tech Stack & Ecosystem

• Containerization: Kubernetes

• Operating Systems: Linux

• Observability Suite: Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos, and OpenSearch for full-stack visibility.

• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS & OpenStack.

• IaC & GitOps: Automated via OpenTofu, Terragrunt, and Ansible; Orchestrated through Rancher and Argo.

• Languages & Tooling: Primarily Bash, Go, and Python.
