The Role
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Flexibility Products team. The job holder will be exposed to the international Fintech Ecosystem within a fast-paced technology organization.
The core responsibilities of the role are to routinely monitor and analyze product performance, perform operational tasks and undertake product enhancement initiatives.
You will be located in Athens and will be part of Etraveli Group’s Fintech Team.
Responsibilities
Become the Subject Matter Expert on Fintech Products platform functionality and data elements. Understand in depth the domain's business logic and how it interfaces with other platform domains, as well how it contributes to the business value.
Execute scheduled data analysis utilizing BI tools and spreadsheets in order to produce meaningful KPIs.
Monitor daily operational reports and alerts to identify and act to resolve incidents.
Perform product operations tasks in the context of product/features configurations, testing and incident management.
Perform analysis on the basis of business problems in order to define solutions and deliver product requirements for development.
Document the requirements for the implementation of reports, models and dashboards on the company’s BI system.
Requirements
Degree in a quantitative field, Technology, Business or Economics
Approximately 5 years of relevant working experience
Data analysis skills (some exposure to BI tools, knowledge of MS Excel, ability to prepare reports, map data from different sources)
Previous exposure in system activities/configuration (e.g. CMS, CRM etc.)
Self-organized and thorough with an intrinsic appreciation for assuring projects’ progress efficiently.
Capacity to work independently and as a team member with minimal supervision
Ability to act proactively, take initiatives and pay attention to detail.
Very strong communication skills, can-do approach & excellent command of the English language.
High level of responsibility & integrity combined with eagerness to work in a multicultural, international environment subject to continuous changes.
