The Role

Requirements
Should have at least one year of experience in a call center environment
Freshers/Should have at least one year of experience in a call center environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishSelf-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
Good attention to detail
Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)
Ability to manage change and work under pressure
Communicate and work closely with other departments to remain current on any updates
