The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who strive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You would be:

• Reporting to the Team Lead to achieve goals

• Working in a state-of-the-art call center, as part of a dynamic customer support team

• Managing high call volumes/email volumes and delivering exceptional quality services to our customers

• Offering products such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and insurance.

• 24/7 according to schedule Rotational (Night shifts are included)

Requirements

• Should have at least one year of experience in a call center environment

• Freshers/Should have at least one year of experience in a call center environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishSelf-driven, proactive, and results-oriented

• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented

• Good attention to detail

• Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills

• Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)

• Ability to manage change and work under pressure

• Communicate and work closely with other departments to remain current on any updates
  
  Preferred Requirements:

  • Travel Industry knowledge is a plus.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and sales abilities

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment.
