The Role

We’re searching for well-organized, motivated and technically skilled Travel Agents to join our Payouts Team. For this position, we’re seeking savvy professionals who will drive innovation and execution excellence in our Customer Care Fulfillment & Refunds department.

Main responsibilities in the Payout team are to process refunds to our customers and monitor them in our travel orders. As a payout travel agent you will work with financial transactions which require high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle Refund Queues (GDS, LCC, BSP link) & Google sheets

• Prioritize and handle payouts to our end customers

• Control handled payouts in respective systems

• Manage pending backlog in timely manner

• Contact Airlines & Providers for different issues

• Analyze and propose solutions for task optimizations & automations

• Cooperate with other teams to resolve any pending issues

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism/ Business Administration or any quantitative subject)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Experience with accounting processes & software is welcome

• Self-driven, proactive and results oriented

• Well-organized, persistent with multitasking skills

• Playing to win

• Accountability & cooperation

• Urgency to be excellent

• Legal permit to work in our office located in Athens, Greece
