Ecosystem Operations Specialist (FinTech)

The Role
B2B Payments is a value stream at Etraveli Group’s FinTech division, dedicated to strengthening the company’s competitive edge by optimizing the business value derived from outbound payments to airlines.
The B2B Payments Ecosystem team sources and manages payments services that enable B2B Payment product capabilities through optimized, automated, and real-time payouts — all at the scale demanded by a global leader in air travel distribution.
The Ecosystem Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the onboarding, ongoing operation, and administrative maintenance of sourced services to ensure they reliably meet expectations.
Moreover, the team is responsible for processes that secure compliance with contractual agreements, the monitoring of partner performance, and the maintenance of updated documentation. Additionally, the Operations Specialist supports business case validation and fosters relationship development through effective communication.
Responsibilities
Produce and maintain partner activity and performance reports, perform basic calculations and reconciliations, and provide internal and external reporting to validate contractual and operational requirements.
Ensure that compliance, contractual, and operational documentation is complete, current, and properly stored in accordance with internal and external requirements.
Support the onboarding process for new partners and ensure a seamless introduction of their products.
Act as the relationship counterpart to the partners' account manager to maintain a healthy relationship and manage ongoing operational issues.
Contribute to the generation of insights that provide actionable recommendations to support ad-hoc business cases and decision-making.
Track, coordinate, and follow up on operational issues to ensure timely resolution with internal teams.
Maintain accurate partner relationship records, including contract references, contact information, and notification settings.
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on each partner’s process, reporting, data definitions, and administration systems to ensure smooth interoperability with internal operations.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or other relevant field.
1-3 years work experience in an operational, coordination, or support role within a technology-driven company, preferably involving external partners, vendors, or platforms.
Experience working with data to support decision-making, reporting, or performance monitoring.
Confident in written and verbal communication in English, particularly in a business context and when interacting with external stakeholders.
Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data handling, calculations, and reporting.
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) for business reporting and data extraction is an advantage.
Experience managing task timelines, coordinating across functions, or supporting implementation processes.
Well-organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on keeping processes moving efficiently.
Capacity to work independently and as a team member with minimal supervision.
High level of responsibility & integrity combined with eagerness to work in a multicultural, international environment subject to continuous changes.
