About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent (Travel Agent), you act as the vital link between us and our customers. The work is focuses on problem-solving in a technical environment. You will work in several parallel systems to assist our customers over the phone.
Your main responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls regarding, for example, rebookings, cancelled flights, baggage inquiries, and name changes.
Navigate complex booking systems and ensure the customer’s trip is handled correctly.
Deliver high-quality service and handle customer requests professionally.
Report technical issues and customer feedback within the organization.
Paid Training and Working Hours: To ensure you feel confident in your role, your employment begins with an eight-week paid training program. During this time, you will learn our systems and workflows from scratch alongside a dedicated trainer. No previous experience is required, but it is crucial that you can attend on-site throughout the entire training period.
We work office hours, 08:00–17:00 on weekdays. You are always off on weekends and public holidays.

We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent proficiency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
Has strong computer literacy and learns new systems quickly.
Has a positive attitude and a strong service-oriented mindset.
It is advantageous if you have:
Proficiency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably over the phone.
Knowledge of booking systems such as Sabre or Amadeus.
Relevant education within travel/tourism.
