Frontline Manager

What you will do
You will be responsible for a group of about 15 travel agents for whom you will lead, plan and develop the daily work within Frontline. Your ambition is to develop and maintain your team’s knowledge and skills, and to encourage commitment and further development of both our staff and operations.

As Frontline Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and monitoring daily operations.

• Inspiring and developing your team.

• Responsibility for personnel issues such as recruitment, employee interviews, staffing and scheduling.

• Driving improvements of daily routines.

You will also work closely with our four other Frontline Managers who are responsible for teams within the same department.

Who you are
Your personality is important for this role! We want you to enjoy working in a dynamic environment where the pace is high and for this you’ll need to be highly motivated and able to work independently. Further, we believe that you are an enterprising person who has the ability to inspire others. Much of this role is about working operationally so it is important that you are easy to work with and flexible in order to thrive.


• You have at least 1-2 years of experience with scheduling and managing people.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

It’s a big plus if you have experience from the travel industry or e-commerce.
